Mental health challenges can impact all of us. During those moments, we can benefit from seeking support. We all have the capacity to learn and overcome our difficulties. Therapy is a learning experience where we pay attention to our behaviors and internal dialogues so that we can refine them. Therapy can add to our capacity to adapt, and expand our strategies for solving problems. We can confront what we have typically avoided, in a safe and reaffirming environment where science-based interventions can help you create a more satisfying life.
We are like-minded psychologists who believe that empathy and compassion tempered with evidence-based interventions can help you develop coping skills that can change your life. Our clinicians have worked successfully with clients in private practice, hospital, university, and neurodivergent services settings.
We work with adolescents and adults with a wide variety of mental health and life concerns. We tailor treatments to each person's unique life history and circumstances to maximize the opportunity to grow and change. One size does not fit all in therapy, and we do not rigidly follow treatment manuals or attempt to bend persons to a single model of therapy. Evidence based treatments require thoughtful calibration and attunement to your situation. Clients are people, not numbers or abstractions. We look forward to learning your story.
Some large therapy practices employ dozens of clinicians, paying them only a fraction—often around 50% or less—of the fees collected from insurance or clients. This model can create pressure to see an unsustainable number of clients each week just to earn a fair income, increasing the risk of burnout. We prioritize the well-being of our therapists so they can focus fully on providing high-quality care, not financial stress. We believe when providers are supported and treated fairly, clients receive the best possible therapy experience.
We offer accessible, insurance-friendly, evidence-based therapy delivered by collaborative providers. We have over 20 years of experience in helping persons develop the tools to deal with mental health, behavioral medicine, and health psychology issues. Our psychologists also specialize in customizing CBT and other evidence based therapies for persons diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum, as well as consulting regarding ABA treatments. We offer you compassion, competence, and ongoing collaboration as the foundation of your therapy.
